NOTE: Rules of submission of Final Project proposal and Report has changed from year 2005. Effective from 1st April 2005. 

Submission of a guide’s bio-data and FINAL Project proposal (for IGNOU-MCA,CS-17) at the following address:

The Regional Director of your Regional Center

DO NOT Send to Old address: Project Coordinator (MCA)

Twice a year: 
Ist April to 30th June
or
Ist October to 30th December

*FINAL PROJECT OF IGNOU-BCA(CS-76): students do not need to submit project proposal, they can directly send Report

Submission of the Project Report (one copy) to:

 Regional Director, Concerned Regional Center  

 

Twice a year:

1st  July to 30th September

OR

1st  January to 31st March

Viva-Voce to be conducted In July  (For projects submitted during January-March slot)
In January (For projects submitted during July-September slot)
